Our beef comes from a farm in Columbus Junction and ground fresh, daily, from Bud’s Custom Meats in Riverside. Buns are delivered from a mom & pop bakery in Des Moines. They do no contain any preservatives or dairy. Pork and hot dogs are made from locally sourced livestock and processed at Bud’s Custom Meats. Eggs come from the Farmer’s Hen House out of Kalona. Many of our herbs and vegetables are grown on our own farm, 3 miles east of Iowa City. Any of our Burgers can be made with either a Chicken Breast or a Black Bean patty!
